    We are looking for a ISP Business Development Manager

    Job description

    TP-LINK is seeking to recruit an ISP Business Development Manager EITHER in SERBIA or CROATIA or SLOVENIA to achieve the company’s growth targets in the Telco market. As the leaders in the consumer and SMB networking space TP-LINK is looking for a self-driven, dynamic and ambitious professional to further grow the sales team and win ISP opportunities. This will allow the candidate to play a significant role and truly develop the success of TP-LINK business moving forwards.

    Type: Full-time (home office)

    Based location: Serbia, Croatia or Slovenia

    Contract: Supplier's contract with TP-Link Hungary

     Key job role and responsibilities:

    · Enhance existing connections and build up new relationship between TP-LINK and the ISP key decision makers and influencers. 

    · Analyse market trend and customer needs, work internally with the country manager, FAE and HQ support Tier 1 and Tier 2 ISP business acquisition in the Adriatic-Balkan market.

    · Effectively communicate account progress and milestones of opportunities to TP-LINK management team through weekly report and regular meetings

     Skills and Experience

    · Minimum 3 years of experience engaging with top Telcos and ISPs for xDSL/WiFi/VOIP/PON/mesh/ 4 & 5G broadband technologies for residential and business use. 

    · Familiar with major ISP key decision makers and influencers of marketing, PM, engineering team, lab and procurement teams. Especially knowing the internal dynamic of the corresponding teams. (Major ISPs: Telekom Srbija, UG group, Hrvatski Telekom, Telekom Slovenije, BH Telecom, A1, One etc.)

    · Capable of anticipating ISP’s new product spec requirement and test cases, presenting proposal, roadmap and market technology trend. 

    · Good communications skills for presentation, business & technical discussions with headquarter in English

    · University EE (Electrical Engineering) graduated or post graduated.
