Why am I Unable to Subscribe to HomeShield Subscription Services?

NOTE: Ensure you have a TP-Link router or Deco product that supports the HomeShield feature. If your TP-Link ID isn’t bound with a product that supports the HomeShield function, you will not be able to see the HomeShield subscription page.

If you are having difficulty subscribing to HomeShield Subscription Services, please refer to the following troubleshooting steps:

For iOS

  1. Ensure your iOS version is iOS 10 or higher.
  2. Make sure your network is stable enough to connect to the HomeShield subscription service.

 

For Android

  1. Ensure you have Google Play installed on your phone.
  2. Verify you are logged in with your Google account.
  3. Make sure your network is stable enough to connect to the HomeShield subscription service.
  4. Make sure the phone system version is API 3 or higher.
